Clean coal facility is being re-assembled at new home in Campbell County
Wright, WY. – A Clean Coal Technologies test plant has made the move from Oklahoma to Wyoming, and the process to re-assemble the facility has begun, according to Clean Coal Technologies Inc. President and CEO Robin Eves.
Clean Coal Technologies specializes in producing cleaner-burning coal, using a process that reduces the amount of moisture in the coal, leaving the mineral more stable and able to produce more energy, with less emissions.
Once the facility re-constructed, Eves expects the facility will receive coal samples from across the globe.
The company is also expected to build a commercial facility near Wright, on the grounds of the former Two Elk site. The facility will cost in the neighborhood of $100 million dollars, and look to process 2 million tons of refined coal annually.
