Newcastle Food Assistance during COVID-19 Precautions

School Age/Preschool Population- Totes of Hope 
Buses will run at a revised morning schedule, to drop off bags of food for those in need. This will include a bag of various food items, not a sack lunch. Please see the schedule listed below for drop off locations and times.

Delivery Schedule:
This week (3/16/2020-3/20/20) WEDNESDAY and Friday
Following Weeks- Tuesdays and Fridays

You DO NOT need to be previously signed up Totes of Hope or a regular bus rider

Food assistance referrals for populations outside of the school age

Bus Route Food Delivery Stops 

  1. State Line pull off: 7:45am-8:15am
  2. Vet Clinic: 8:20am-8:35am
  3. Loaf and Jug parking lot: 7:45am-8:15am
  4. Courthouse N. Summit (gravel parking lot): 7:45am-8:15am
  5. Propane tank next to Hi-16(2951 W. Main St): 7:45am-8:15am
  6. Osage Post Office 319 Nefsy Rd.: 7:45am-8:15am
  7. Storage Units on Sheridan Street: 8:20am-8:35am

*The drivers will be in school suburbans.
*Please go to the location drop off that is closest to your living area.
*This week -3/16/2020-3/20/20 WEDNESDAY and Friday
*Following weeks- Tuesdays and Fridays

*Bus drivers will be at each location from 7:45am to 8:15 am.  The drivers will be in school suburbans.
