The NE Wyoming plains have been dropped to a Winter Weather Advisory for the remainder of the snow storm. Only a few more inches of snow are expected for much of NE Wyoming and visibilities have improved.

Lingering light snow is expected across much of the region this afternoon and into tonight. In general, additional snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches are expected. However, across northeast Wyoming, snow is beginning to diminish and only an additional 1 to 3 inches are expected.

More significant snowfall will continue across the northern Black Hills through this afternoon, before lessening in the late afternoon and evening. Additional accumulations of 4 to 7 inches are expected across the northern Black Hills.

When traveling, please remember to slow down and be cautious as road conditions will likely remain hazardous for the remainder of the storm. If when traveling on the highway please consider having a winter travel emergency kit in your vehicle.
